Junko was enjoying the dark atmosphere of the hotel at night. It was so eeire and chaotic, perfect for her. Or of course it would be the moment her powers went up. And to do that she needed these residents to despair. But there was time for that eventually, walking around the graveyard added to her chaotic nature, all the gravestones. and everything else.
"Well helloooo there!" she called to the gravestone. "How are you? Dead. That's too bad." she of course was joking around but if people saw her and thought she was insane, that was fine too. She didn't care about what others thought of her.
Why would she? Turning her back from the gravestone, she twirled a lot of blonde hair in her finger before sitting down near one of the graves.

Bill decided to come in his true form and Adachi was asleep back at the Hotel. After the guy was only human, he then spotted the blonde and grinned as he said with a smirk, "Well, well, well, well. Looks like we meet again." Bill turned the whole graveyard gray without color as he popped up with his top hat and bowtie as he asked joyfully insane, "Hey, blondie remember me?"

The blonde turned with a smirk. "How could I not," she said, her voice filled with sarcasm but still with a little delight. The one speaking to her had set her free, for reasons she didn't know but at the moment she didn't care. "Did you get bored of the magical world and come to grace this one with your presences?" she asked raising an eyebrow

Bill laughed insane and said with a twisted smile, "Oh you're funny, blondie. Turns out I need ya to conquest over this world." Bill then sat on her head and said with his twisted grin, "The point is I like ya, kid. Plus I'll make ya deal you get all the magical power you want to make chaos and darkness you want in return you gotta do me a favor." Bill then asked as he laughed insane, "Plus what could go wrong?"

The spirit continued to keep her eyebrow raised. He was willing to help her in exchange for a favor? That seemed a bit fair, after all Bill had let her out and she had to admit that Bill's conquest seemed like it could help her. "So, i get what i want, and you get what you want in exchange for a favor?" she repeated. "Sounds intriguing, but i need a bit more info if you want my attention."

Bill used his magic to show the image of Mal and said with a smirk, "See Thorny here? Her magic is great as Malorie's magic and I'm getting another sucker to get the brother's dragon fire. Malorie is an old ex-friend of mine you know her as Maleficent. See while the two siblings fight over mommy's crown we can get her magic and his fire. I still need a few more ingredients to make this whole party work but let's start with them."

Junko looked at the image of Mal. She had seen her around of course but had never thought much of her. Her brother was something else, she knew of him from her agency. It was interesting enough, he seemed to think he was the cock of the walk but it didn't matter. "What do you get from these powers?" she asked

That sounded like all she needed to hear. That would cause enough chaos to make her return to her normal form. Sure she didn't mind the one she had right now, in fact it was perfect for hidding out with humans. "Sounds interesting," she said, "I guess this place is starting to get filled with interesting things, there's someone else causing mischief around, but no one else can sense it."

"I don't know her, you'll probably meet her," Junko said, "I can just sort of get a strange reading on her and others can't but i have never seen her. Junko shrugged not that she minded not having that power. "What if this Mal girl doesn't even want to talk to me? Why should i even bother with her?"

Bill said as he put his arm around her and said with an insane grin as he gave her a pocket mirror for make up, "Then all you gotta do is sap her magic into this and it has to be her magic when she's at her negative emotions." Bill then said with an insane grin, "Also I need to get raindrop's magic as well. Her magic is rare and with her negative emotions...one more ingredient to my portal and we're one step closer to utter chaos."

"I am assuming you mean the fairy in charge of the garden, she's easy." Junko sighed. "So much despair in her because of what cruel humans did. It's so funny." she said giggling like a child before taking the mirror. "You know i don't think she's going to even talk to me, with how she seems, too cool for school and all taht." she shrugged. "But i can try."
Twisting her pigtails around before snickering. "Word is, or based on what I can tell, is that people have been having some dark dreams, maybe this mysterious girl has something to do with it, though i am sure she couldn't effect you, you certainly have enough dark dreams to keep her away."

Junko sighed and nodded. She didn't really want to work but this would all fall into place eventually. "Alright, so how should we go about doing this?" she asked, "you just going to go after poor old suckers that don't really have anything to do with it?"
