I think for Kanato/Hanayo, it should be 'Heaven's Light' from the Hunchback of Notre Dame. Since Kanato's feelings are like Quasimodo's.

TomoexYukiko would be something along the line of "Part of your world" (the little mermaid) (Yukiko's point of view lol) or even "love will find a way" (TLK2)
FluttershyxKanji with "I didn't know that i could feel this way" (Lady and the tramp 2)
and if anything i'm gonna throw this out there: Rarity with "Perfect isn't easy" (Oliver and company) (For obvious reasons XD)

- Kiara: (either as herself or nanami) Reflection (mulan)
- Watnuki x Yona: a Whole new world (Aladdin) or Something there (Beauty and the beast)
- Wendy and Juvia: Scales and Arpeggios (The aristocats) (Well... the last part with Marie and Duchess anyway ^^)
