Kanato walked towards the cafe, hugging his teddy bear tightly "I'm nervous, Teddie." He pet the teddy bears head "What if she thinks I'm creepy too?" Well, he was, and he had to admit that, even. When he approached the cafe and opened the door, he was met with a sight that made him glare and growl lowly.

Hanayo was being as unlucky as usual that day. She had been through a lot and couldn't keep up with her errands through the town, even now that it was her break. She ended up bumping into some big brutes. "Sorry... Again.... Excuse me." she said in a very light voice.

Kanato hid behind a wall to watch and make sure the men wouldn't hurt her. He hugged his teddy bear so tight he was afraid the head would pop off.

Hanayo closed her eyes and the men approached her even more so. Hanayo was really terrified. She didn't know what to do. "Sorry." she said again, but it was pointless. A few moments later she screamed. Afraid of what these big brutes might do to her.

Kanato clenched his fists and set the teddy bear down and ran towards her and put himself between Hanayo and the thugs "BACK OFF!" He growled "Or you'll have ME to deal with!"

Hanayo's eyes were closed shut tight, when she opened them and saw that Kanato was at her rescue yet again. Most of the guys just laughed.
One in particular. "Look little boy with a teddy wants to play a true man protect the little girl. Back off yourself boy. Before you get hurt."

He glared at him "I said.....GO!" He growled. He'd love to suck them dry of their blood, but he couldn't scare Hanayo, or cause trouble for his uncle.

The tall man looked at the little boy and sighed. He took his hand in the air and waved for his men to leave. He followed.
Hanayo was still so scared of the big bad men. She peeked her eyes open and saw that Kanato was standing there and just him.

Kanato breathed heavily for a minute, the adrenaline still going through him. After a minute, he sighed and turned to Hanayo "Are you...okay?"

Hanayo gave a slight nod and adjusted her glasses. "Huh.... Huh.... Thank you Kanato." she said calming herself down from the incident.

"You're....you're welcome..." he picked Teddie up from the ground and hugged him to his chest.
((I just realized that since he's a vampire with no heartbeat, he wouldn't get an adrenaline rush XD))

Hanayo walked up to him and gave her vampire friend another kiss on his cheek. She was developing quite a crush on her rescuer. She wanted to repay him someway. "If you... If your not busy? Do you think I can treat you to a small something at the cafe?" she asked in a shy little manner.
(XD- Well maybe it's his sign that he really loves her that he saved her twice now)
