First..date? {Tag: Mavis}

While waiting for her, he was playing on his phone to keep himself calm, and Baymax detected that so someone was coming their way; it was Mavis! He puts down his phone and found out that she was near their table, so, he had to act cool; he wanted this date to be successful. As he saw that she was waving to him, he nervously smiled and waved back to her. "Hey...." He called out lightly; his heart was pumping right now. Since they "zinged" it was time to get to know her. He saw that she was getting a little nervous around Baymax and he had to introduce her to the robot that Tadashi made for him. He walks over to her and takes her by the hand and leads her to the table. "Hey, Baymax is very friendly to other people, including creatures." "Pleasure to meet you." The robot says, with a slight heart appearing on his small screen. "It means that he's happy." He said, and since this was a date, he lets her sit down in a chair across from him and Baymax. "So, I didn't catch your name before in the lobby." He started to blush as Hiro was about to say his name. "My name is.....Hiro Hamada, and this is Baymax. Yours?"

He did nothing but, gave out a small chuckle at that comment; he shook his head with a small grin on his face. "No, Baymax is not that type of robot; he's very friendly and is a caretaker, so, don't worry." He said, still with that slight chuckle coming out his mouth. He then looked at her as he listened to her talking about owning a robot herself. He did invent toy robots at one time to play on his own whenever Tadashi was not around, so, he assumed that Mavis was an inventor herself, which could be fascinating. He would not mind showing her a trick or two to show her on how to invent something, his way to make thing easier. He can tell that she was quite the one who wanted to invent something, like Hiro. "Hey, if you come to my room one day, I can show you what I've been working on. I can tell that you have something in inventing things, believe me, when I went to college, that's what I wanted to do, become an inventor in robotics, just like my older brother." He said, and shot her a smile. He then heard her name and he nods; Mavis, what a pretty name indeed. "Nice to meet you, Mavis. I have to say, pretty unique name." He comments, with a small smile, and looks at the menu. Man, there were pretty weird choices for food to eat the place, but, they did sound pretty good. As soon as he heard Mavis ordering her food, he looked up at the gargoyle, and found what he wanted. "Hm, I'll have the hot wings and the robot next to me wants the same." He ordered, and closes his menu; Baymax then closes his menu as well; Hiro then looks at Mavis, and he could not take his face off of those pretty eyes of hers. "So um... Mavis. What do you want to talk about while waiting for the food?" He asks, with a sheepish tone in his voice.

As he heard her mentioning that she was excited to see his inventions, he felt pretty excited to have him take her a tour around his room, where he added a tech lab so, when not hanging around the hotel, he can work on his robotic projects; once he heard that she can take him into her cave to show him what she was working, a smile appeared on his face and he was feeling happy that his zing does work on inventions as well. "Well then, sounds like a good down deal. I'm thinking after dinner, I can show you my lab. I am working on some upgrades for Baymax and some othe robotic projects that I didn't get a change to finish." He responds with a soft smile, including a small blush. He leans in closer and listens to her mentioning that her dad wanted her to be safe when invention, and he nodded; Tadashi did the same thing whenever he was inventioning and that did bug him a little but, he always went up to him for opinions and tips. "Ah, I see. I guess that most fathers do best, my dad died when I was three, and I don't know how he died." He said, with a small sigh and still does not know on how his father died. He saw her getting excited over the fact that he was a college student and he nods. "Yup, I am a college student. I go to a university for robotics, and I have to say, it's a really nice experience, but, at the same time, a bit stressful due to the work overload." He comments, and saw that the waiter was giving them drinks. He did miss college a bit, even though this hotel was a good getaway from all that stress of the work. He then heard Mavis asking another question, and it was regarding him having a brother, and he nods. "Yes, I have one older brother. He can be a pain at times, but, he is a good guy and he inspired me to go to college." He responds, and takes out his phone to show her. "This is Tadashi." He introduces him to her, even though it was on a phone. Hiro heard the second question and it was about his original hometown before he came to the hotel; it was another easy question for him to answer. "Well, regarding my hometown, I lived in a place called San FrancisTokyo. It has a lot of shops, cafes, and my college. It's really busy in the mornings, especially in my aunt's cafe. I do live in my Aunt Cass's cafe and she makes really good food." he quickly answers, as he shows her another picture. It was picture of Aunt Cass's place and it also included her sweet treats.

When he saw that she looked pretty excited over the fact that she wants to go to college, and meet his family, his eyes widens and nods. This is the first time that he met someone in the hotel so far, and already, she wanted to meet his folks. This was getting really exciting for him since he was in love with her, and he blushes a little. "Hm, you'll love SanFrancisTokyo one day. I could take you on Baymax. I actually upgraded him to fly, and he can fly at night. So, one night, if I'm not sleeping, I can take you." He said, with a small wink and looks into her eyes. They were really beautiful and she seemed like she was one of those girls who never explored a city, and she was willing to see one. He thought that this could be the perfect opportunity to take her on a trip. He then saw her face being excited over meeting Aunt Cass and Tadashi, and once he heard her ask, he nodded. Wow, this creature was really excited to meet his family already, and he was excited to see Tadashi's face when he reveals that he is dating a "vampire." He took out his phone and nods, at the fact that she can talk to him and her via webcams. "Sure, maybe after dinner. I can show you what he's been working on as well. I bet he'll find you interesting." He said, and saw that his wings were here. He started to eat his wings and they were pretty hot, but, worth the eating. "Wow, they're pretty good with the cooking." He comments, as Baymax pressed a "food/drink" button on his stomach so, he can eat his wings as well. He then turned to her and saw that she was pressing a button to have a sundae coming out; and boy did that desert come fast. "Whoa, that's pretty cool, and boy does that look delicious.." He said, and felt tempted to grab a spoon. "Hey, can I try some, if you want to share it with me.." He asked, with a small smile.

As he tasted some of the ice cream, he started to eat some in a jiffy, but, wanted to keep some for her. He had not tasted a sundae that was just really good since Aunt Cass's style of making the sundaes. "Whoa, this sundae is amazing, thanks, Mavis." He thanked her, and continued it eat some more of it. He then went back to his hot wings and his teeth felt some hot and cold effect, but, it was really worth it since he was having hot food and cold food simultaneously. Luckily, eating the food would satisfy his cravings since he was a little nervous about his first date with a girl. He had not meet anyone else yet, but, he knew that Mavis was his "zing" and there was nothing to change that. He has a small crush on her since they got zinged, and he just wanted this date to be perfect. He saw that he got a small brain freeze and Baymax was going to scan her to see what was the trouble, until he saw that she was drinking something to make it feel better. "Baymax, she got this." He said, and went back to her, and grinned sheepishly again. "Hey, don't worry about it. I felt the same effect when I drink milkshakes really fast." He comments, with a small nervous chuckle; he then heard her commenting on his food, and thought that he could try the spiciest wings the restaurant has to offer. "Well, I can try those. My Aunt Cass made them really spicy, so, I'm used to the hot spices." He responds, and takes another bite of his wings.

He saw that she was asking him a question regarding on how Baymax eats; he knew that he was going to get plenty of questions like that if he goes out with a friend that he makes. Finally, someone asking him a question about robotics related. He smirked at her as he looked at Baymax through the corner of his eye. "Well, to be fair, it took plenty of time to give him something where he can eat like a human being. The food, as you may ask goes into an energy save power storage, and he immediately remembers the food that he eats." He explained, as he took another bite and gave him one. As Baymax processed the wing, he looks up at her and a heart goes around the wing. "See, it's simple to see really." Hiro comments again, and once she mentioned about the "ghost chili pepper", he smirks and eats one. "Hey, it's not that spicy really; I actually had some in my aunt's cooking." He said, with another smirk, and has some more ice cream.

As he looked up with her as she was talking about the ghost chili peppers that they put in the food, he gave out a small smirk. He obviously was not afraid to try some and he did have spicier thanks to Aunt Cass's cooking. "Well, better to try some now than later. I bet they don't taste, that bad; but, I'll take your word on it." He commented back, as he saw that she was a little worried about him trying the peppers. He smirked, and thought about ordering some one day. He then heard something coming from Mavis's end and saw that she was reading a text from her friend; as he got a text from Foxy. "Yo, lover boy, give yer date a kiss at the end of the date.." As he was reading the text from Foxy he started to blush very hard. He was not expecting this from the fox who was annoying him about his pirate stories. Was Foxy knowing that they started to hit it off, or better yet, watching them from behind the restaurant, but, it didn't matter now since he obviously liked her. He then quickly puts his phone away and looks up at him and thought it could be nice to meet one of Mavis's friends; and thought that wearing a suit would be very awkward. "A suit?! Last time I wore a suit was for a graduation from high school; but, I wouldn't mind meeting her.." He comments with a small blush around her face. "Let me guess, you told your friend that we're going out?" He asked, and felt his cheeks going red again. He never blushed in front of a girl before, and thought this date was more nice than ever.
