"What are they like?" Aqua found herself asking. She may as well as get to know a few of the other guests. Who knows how long she would decide to stay there?

"I haven't quite figured Luna out, but Lapis, she seems very timid. She was afraid of me, because I'm human. I don't blame her, after what she's been through." He tapped his fingers on the table.

Kanda nodded "I understand that now." Kanda felt guilty for making Lapis scared of him at first, but he felt a bit better know that, even if he didn't have her full trust, she was able to chat with him.

Aquas's expression softened. "It's nothing you did personally. Just be gentle with her, give her space and give her time. Once she sees you aren't the type of being she has been warned about then she might not be as afraid." Aqua said.

"Even if they tried to attack me, I wouldn't give them an easy fight." He didn't want to hurt anyone, but if they did try to attack him for being human, he wasn't going to sit back and let them get off so easily.
