Aqua had just checked in. Her belongings had been whisked away to her room. So took a deep breath and looked around the lobby. The place was already crowded. This was the largest number of people she had been around since she left her little backwards village. Another deep breath to calm her nerves. She walked over to a kiosk by the main desk to see what all this place had to offer. If she was going to be here, she might as well have a bit of fun.

Kiara had just come back from the library in town once more, arms full of books about Human culture and such, she had been holing these books for so long that she needed to put them down a moment so she walked by the kiosk to take a breather

Aqua looked up when she heard a soft thump, she assumed it was from the large stack of books the woman next to her had been carrying. It was good to know the place had a library. Aqua herself loved books, sometimes preferring books to company. "A bit of light reading?" she asked, barely cracking a smile though her tone was nothing but teasing.

Kiara looked over and saw the young woman who was talking to her and giggled slightly, "Yeah just a few "small" novels." she said with a small chuckle

"Oh yes, very light." Aqua agreed, feigning a serious nod of approval. She did like the books. "Sorry. I'm being rude. My name is Aqua." She offered the other woman her hand.

Aqua nodded quietly and took her hand back after a moment. She looked back at the flyers and advertisements. "So, do you know of anything fun around here to do?" she asked.

"Oh there are a ton of fun things, we have a club over there and a spa that way not to mention a very nice restaurant to boot." she said with a big smile

Aqua smiled uncertainly. She wasn't sure about a club. However, she supposed the spa and restaurant could be nice. "Thanks. I'll have to look into it." she said.

Aqua nodded. She certainly hoped so. She hadn't actually been welcome to stay anywhere in such a long time. She was uncertain of how long she would even stay at the hotel, mostly because she had never stayed anywhere long. "How long have you been here?" Aqua asked.

"A few weeks now." Kiara said, "It's kinda like a second home o me since my father and I kinda don't get along anymore." she said looking down slightly

"I never knew my dad. So at least you can fix your relationship with him. Maybe?" Aqua offered, hoping that the information would help Kiara feel better, to a degree.
