Alibaba nodded, he was at least grateful that she understood that much. "Thank you, Miss. That is good to know." he said with a smile. "I was not expecting someone to know who i was right away, it was just a shock."

Yuko couldn't help but giggle slightly, "Well I'm certain most people would be somewhat shocked." she turned in her stool towards the blond, "My names Yuko, It's nice to meet you."

Alibaba couldn't help but laugh as well. "My name is Alibaba, a pleasure to meet you Miss Yuko." The boy turned to shake her hand, it was just natural to do. She seemed like a nice woman, and for someone who wouldn't go blabbing his secret to anyone

Alibaba looked at his reflection in his drink before speaking. "You were right about me being royalty as much as I would rather not be, I can at least try to improve my kingdom." He took a small sip of the drink and then continued. "My father never liked the idea of magic in the kingdom at all, or at least had a strong dislike to it after my mother died. I want to try to make my kingdom grow, and to do that I want to converse with as many magical people as possible."
He gave a weak smile, it was hard to describe his whole story. And thankfully, Yuko didn't need to hear the story. "I just don't know how to start." He always thought he could do anything if he tried. But how was this going to work.

Yuko listened to what he had to say and was surprised, "Well if you want to be a good ruler then all you should need to do is your best right? and hey it doesn't matter what your father thinks, if you are to become the next ruler or king or whatever, then you should be able to make your own choices and mistakes right?"

Alibaba nodded, he knew that she was right about that, but part of him was still thinking about what his father would say. he hated magics. Even if he had known that his son was one as well. It wouldn't change anything until he acted on it. "You're right but how do I go about starting. I want to be a good king but knowing how to start is the hardest step."
That wasn't exactly true. his first step was to actually come to the hotel and he did that. But how could he converse with other magics, without revealing why he wanted to know about them?

Alibaba nodded, in thought, how could he go about asking questions about magical species without sounding offensive. He didn't want to offend anyone with his questions or give away he was a prince.

"How does the drink age work at this hotel?" he asked with a joking smile. Back home, he was at least old enough to have a few drinks but he wasn't sure that counted, it wasn't as if he was back home anyways. Would he be allowed to drink here even if he was only seventeen? He wasn't sure that would be okay.

Yuko looked him over once more and smiled, "I think your old enough, Hey waiter another Sake! What about you? what's your poison?" she asked looking over at Alibaba.

alibaba thought about it. he wasn't sure what he would like "Get me a strawberry martini." he said, that seemed like a good drink to start off with. Besides, he could just have one drink, and a little bit wouldn't hurt. It would seem rude not to drink something when the other was drinking. Alibaba didn't want to come off as a wuss because he had never had a real drink besides some wine.

Yuko smiled and when the drinks arrived she took her and held it in the air, "Well here's to making a new friend, and hey Just remember, go out and get social ok." she said with a smile
